Fitness Routine
Whenever i wake up in the morning the first thing i do is to take a glass of water and after which i pray after praying i go out for my daily exercise. On Monday to Friday i observe my exercise in the night because i av to go to school the next day but on Saturday i observe it in the morning because i have nowhere to go on Saturday than to visit my friends and on Sunday i observe it in the night because i have to go to church in the morning so the best time to observe it is in the night.
